The Drive & Dependability to Deliver™
Over 30 locations Nationwide & Growing

Level 1
$16-22 / hour

  • Min Time:  3 months

  • Meet min safety training requirements

  • Personal performance measures

    • General housekeeping

    • General preventive maintenance

    • Assisting truck traffic

    • Unloading trucks & railcars

    • Clean & inspect railcars

    • Operate blend facility

    • Team player

Level 2
$17-23 / hour

  • Min Time:  Level 1 + 9 months

  • Meet 1 YR safety  training requirements including hazmat certification if applicable

  • Personal performance measures

    • Level 1 and

    • Perform 10 & 50hr checks & services on all rolling stock

    • Operate rolling stock

    • Barge unload operations

    • Perform asset inspections

    • Tower operations

    • Liquid plumbing repairs

    • Conduct CAP reports inspections

    • Perform closing time procedures

    • Truck scale management

    • Properly handle BOLs and batch sheets

Level 3
$19-25 / hour

  • Min Time:  Level 2 + 6 months

  • Current on training requirements +

    • HDPE plumbing certified (ASTM F2620)

    • Electrical safety training - 8HR

    • T-Reactor maintenance certified

  • Personal performance measures

    • Level 2 and

    • Conveyor, leg, drag and tower maintenance

    • Pump maintenance & rebuild

    • Plumbing Repairs – pipe, meters, valves, fittings, etc

    • Locomotive/TracMobile maintenance & operation

    • Operate and troubleshoot automation programs and equipment

    • Team player

Level 4
$22-28 / hour

  • Min Time:  Level 3 + 6 months

  • Current on Training requirements

    • Perform Inventory count

  • Personal performance measures

    • Level 3 and 

    • Expert in Level 1, 2 and 3 

    • Takes initiative to train and develop others

    • Team player

Lead Operator
$23-29 / hour

  • Daily terminal efficiency

  • Provide direction to Operators
